Tim LeBlanc: Founder & Coach

Tim started OBN with a simple goal: to help people transform their health in a way that feels manageable and real. As someone who struggled with restrictive diets and confusing health advice in his own journey, Tim knew there had to be a better way. He began coaching friends and family, and quickly realized the power of personalized, supportive nutrition guidance. Today, Tim brings years of experience in CrossFit and nutrition to OBN, focusing on practical, sustainable changes that make a real difference. His mission? To help clients find a balanced approach to health that doesn’t require them to overhaul their lives overnight.


Mitch Minton: Nutrition Coach & Fitness Specialist

Mitch joined the OBN team to bring a unique blend of nutrition expertise and fitness knowledge. With a background as a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, Mitch understands the synergy between what we eat and how we perform. He’s especially passionate about breaking down complex health concepts and helping clients apply them to daily life in a way that’s simple and effective. Mitch knows that health is about more than just “getting fit”—it’s about feeling your best and building confidence that lasts.

Hanna Vanacour: Nutrition Coach & Athlete

Hanna, a CrossFit athlete and current nutrition student at Texas A&M, is the newest member of the OBN team. She brings fresh insight and youthful energy, making her the perfect coach for clients who are new to health and wellness. Hanna has a passion for helping others build healthy habits early on, setting the foundation for a lifetime of wellness. She believes that health should feel fun and accessible, and she’s dedicated to making sure her clients feel supported, understood, and motivated.
